Tree support cabling

The Plantco tree guying system is used to stabilise trees showing structural weaknesses, such as fragile branches, split trunks, or damaged roots. The method involves attaching cables or metal rods to the branches or trunk to reinforce the tree’s structure and reduce the risk of breakage or falling.

Guying cables are anchored to solid supports, like steel stakes, driven into the ground at a distance from the tree. The cables or rods are then connected to the branches or trunk using appropriate fixing devices. This approach helps distribute forces more evenly across the tree, reducing stress on weak points and minimizing the risk of failure.
