The Plantcoprotec Géotalus® is a three-dimensional mat designed to reduce the amount of topsoil required for slope revegetation projects. It provides soil protection, slope stabilisation, reduced topsoil transport and labor costs, and lowers environmental impact in areas where topsoil is extracted. It also supports hydroseeding applications.
Referred to as a three-dimensional mesh, and made from corrugated HDPE and PP meshes, the Plantcoprotec Géotalus® is especially effective in preventing erosion on steep slopes greater than 35°. It creates a fertile substrate zone on the soil surface while reducing the volume of soil needed. The system stabilises the ground, facilitates hydroseeding, and promotes rapid and efficient vegetation growth.
