The Plantcobio EcoJute® needle-punched mat is made from a blend of selected plant fibers chosen for their specific characteristics. Its construction allows better penetration of rainwater. With a light brown color, it integrates aesthetically and functionally into planting environments. It limits weed growth and, thanks to its air permeability, supports the biological vitality of the soil beneath the mat.
The Plantcobio EcoJute® is available in 2 formats: rolls and square slabs, adapting to your planting needs and in a few dimensions.

1.10 m x 25 m and 2.20 m x 25 m formats,
particularly recommended for embankments where maximum permeability is required.
– In pre-slit mats:
30 x 30 cm, 50 x 50 cm, 70 x 70 cm, 100 x 100 cm, and 150 x 150 cm formats,
which save valuable time during planting and prevent premature degradation of the mat. Especially suitable for planting isolated specimens.
Other dimensions can be produced upon feasibility studyétude de faisabilité.
Installation guide:
Biodegradable mats should be laid on clean, prepared soil. Biodegradable mats do not provide 100% weed suppression so some weed growth should be expected such as bindweed, couch grass, and dock. Avoid stepping on the product during installation.
